Fewer than one-third of voters believe Taoiseach Bertie Ahern’s accounts of his finances that he gave in recent weeks.

According to the latest Sunday Business Post/Red C poll, 42 per cent of voters do not believe the Taoiseach’s evidence to the Mahon Tribunal, while 32 per cent do believe him. Equally worrying for the Taoiseach, nearly 60 per cent of voters say that he should resign if he is found to have lied...
