When diamond dealer Peter Fitzpatrick re-branded his business as Bespoke Diamonds last year, his aim was to make potential customers more aware of what the business offered.

**Why it works:** Seeing the huge markup traditional jewellers charge for engagement rings, I saw an opportunity to do things a bit differently at a reduced cost.
