One third of NTMA staff earn over €100k a year

Over one third of the staff at the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), including Nama and other agencies, earn salaries in excess of €100,000 a year, new figures reveal, writes Pat Leahy.

Over one third of the staff at the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), including Nama and other agencies, earn salaries in excess of €100,000 a year, new figures reveal, writes Pat Leahy.

The state’s debt management agency employs 357 people, according to a reply to a parliamentary question by finance minister Michael Noonan.

Fourteen staff members earn in excess of €250,000, while three earn between €200-€250,000.T here are 105 staff paid salaries between €100,000...
