At least one month of court sittings have been reserved at Castlebar court in County Mayo for the civil suit pending against the state by Donegal publican Frank McBrearty.

The case relates to damages sought by the businessman’s company, Frank McBrearty and Co, in relation to loss of earnings allegedly accrued from 1997 at Frankie’s nightclub in Raphoe.
