Irish investment company One Fifty One has sold a 12.3 per cent stake in Irish Continental Group as it seeks to focus on core activities.

Irish investment company One Fifty One has sold a 12.3 per cent stake in Irish Continental Group as it seeks to focus on core activities.

It had held the stake in the company that operates Irish Ferries since 2007.

The ICG disposal follows the sale of the group's interest in IFG and operating business Foamalite, all concluded since January 2012.
