Beresford, Turvey Avenue, Donabate, Co Dublin

A scheme of 155 three and four-bedroom semi-detached homes, as well as a small number of four-bedroom detached homes, have been put on the market by Hora Property Consultants. The development is located on Turvey Avenue in Donabate.

Prices for the 111-square-metre three-bedroom semi-detached homes start at €340,000, while both types of four-bedroom home are already sold out. Very close to Donabate train station, around ten minutes’ walk from Donabate village and not far from the M1 motorway and Dublin Airport, the scheme has good transport links. Located in a safe cul-de-sac, the landscaped homes are close to the Phoenix Park and the Blanchardstown Centre as well as both the M50 and city centre. The development is within walking distance of Castleknock village, with its restaurant and leisure amenities.

Kelly Walsh Property Advisors is handling the viewings of five showhomes in a large development of two, three and four-bedroom family homes in Hansfield, Dublin 15.

Three-beds are currently on the market from €625,000, and features include Kube kitchens with Silestone worktops and Siemens appliances, triple-glazed windows and a mechanical heat recovery system.

Savills and REA Grimes have released a series of three-bedroom semi-detached homes and four-bedroom detached homes for sale in Skerries.

Barnaggeragh Cove includes three-bedroom homes starting at €300,000 which have 105 square metres of living space, and four-bedroom homes starting at €475,000 which have a 153 square metre footprint. All the homes, which are close to the sea and Skerries train station, are A-rated.

The middle of October is the expected release date for this scheme of three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses, as well as four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses. Prices are yet to be announced by agent DNG.

The Georgian Collection, Seachnall Abbey, Dunshaughlin, Co Meath

There are 15 houses, each with 232 square metres of living space, in the Georgian-style development due to be built in Seachnall Abbey, Dunshaughlin, Co Meath, which is on the market with Hora Property Consultants.

With prices starting at €575,000, these homes, with four large double bedrooms, will be set on a development which has already seen 35 Edwardian-style homes sold. These 15 homes will be built in a very traditional style, with period details. A series of 41 three and four-bedroom houses in Park Avenue at Miller’s Glen in Swords, Co Dublin, have been released for sale by Sherry FitzGerald.

Located within a couple of kilometres of Swords village, the development comprises 111-square-metre three-bedroom townhouses which start at €292,500; 113-square-metre three-bedroom semi-detached homes which start at €300,000; and 147-square-metre four-bedroom detached homes from €367,500.

Starting at €500,000, the three-bedroom homes have 103 square metres of living space, while the four-bedroom homes start at €620,000 and have a 124-square-metre footprint. The home are redbrick, and feature granite detailing.

Some 26 houses in Hawthorn Gate in Co Kildare will go on sale in the middle of next month. The homes, all A-rated, come in a varied mix of two- and three-bedroom terraces, four-bedroom semi-detached homes and five-bedroom detached houses. The agent is DNG.

Scholarstown Wood, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16

Prices at this scheme in Rathfarnham start at €468,000 for a three-bed semi and €570,000 for a four-bed semi through Sherry FitzGerald. Show houses are on view today from 2pm to 4pm, and features include contemporary Kube kitchens, high-quality wardrobes in all bedrooms, and A2 to A3 BER ratings.

Felicity Fox is handling sales at this small scheme of six detached two storey four-bedroom houses, and one three-bedroom bungalow. The houses, of which two remain available, extend to 198 square metres, while the bungalow, which has just gone on sale, has 144 square metres of space.

The scheme is located on a mature avenue off Beechpark Road, beside Kill Lane. This has long been one of south Dublin’s most in-demand residential areas thanks to its transport links, proximity to good schools and location close to a number of amenities including restaurants, shops and sports clubs.

Prices are from €875,000 to €1.1 million, and the fit-out includes kitchens with built-in larders, integrated wine coolers, a range oven with gas burners and an island unit. When complete, this scheme will include 200 apartments and 158 houses. Currently on sale through Sherry FitzGerald are four-bed houses from €485,000, and four/five bed-houses from €720,000.

Wellington Hall, Knightsbrook,Co Meath

Homes within an over-50s development comprising 28 apartments at the Knightsbrook Golf & Country Resort have been put on sale by Hora Property Consultants. With the trade-down market in mind, the two-bedroom apartments, located in Trim, Co Meath, are around 50 per cent larger than your typical two-bed apartment, with between 100 and 112 square metres of living space. Penthouse apartments in the scheme have 171 square metres of living space.

Belltree, Clongriffin,Dublin 13

Sherry FitzGerald is handling the sale of five types of three-bedroom home in Belltree, Clongriffin, Dublin 13. Already under construction, the Nama-funded development ranges in price from €295,000 to €360,000, with the schemes having between 112 and 140 square metres of living space.

Close to Clongriffin Dart station and the villages of Malahide, Baldoyle, Sutton and Howth, 40 homes are currently on sale, with showhouses open for viewing today.

Around 110 homes were sold last autumn as part of the first phase of the development, which is being built by Gannon Homes.

Coming to the market next year

DNG’s new homes division will be handling the sale of several new schemes in early 2017, ranging from a docklands apartment complex to large developments in Rathfarnham and Terenure.

On Barrow Street, Bolands Quay will offer 41 residential units including apartments, duplexes and penthouses in a 15-storey tower at the centre of a new development on the site of the former Boland’s Mill, and at the heart of the area widely dubbed Silicon Docks.

A small, exclusive development of three, four and five-bedroom houses and apartments on Mount Anville Road, Dublin 14 will also be launched.

Knockrabo will comprise homes set amid 20 acres of the elevated parkland just opposite Mount Anville School.

In Rathfarnham, Odin’s Way off Taylor’s Lane will see 30 three-bedroom houses with studies, off-street parking and A-rated energy efficiency go on the market. The scheme is just opposite the Grange Golf Club.

Finally, 51 homes – ranging from three-bedroom houses, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes – will go on sale at the beginning of the year in the Terenure Gate development on Terenure Road West in Dublin 6W.Prices are yet to be announced.
