Omnipay, an Irish payments company backed by Kerry financial services firm Fexco, has paid out dividends of €12.8 million to its shareholders after recording a surge in profits.
Dublin-based Omnipay, which processes credit card payments for banks, made a pre-tax profit of €13 million in 2010, up from €8.6 million for the year before, according to accounts lodged last week in the Companies office.
