Offset, the annual three-day creative festival in Dublin, has partnered with Absolut Vodka this year, its fifth, to create a city-wide public art project that seeks to draw the attention of a wider audience.
Running from March 21 to 23, the weekend comprises interviews, panel discussions, presentations and debates with an array of creative minds - Irish and international - about work, working practices and ideas.
