Office rents primed for further growth

Recovery prompts strong take-up in commercial space

Prime office rents in Ireland’s four main cities are expected to grow again in 2016, with double-digit growth forecast for Cork, Limerick and Galway.

These are among the findings of the latest regional office report from DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
