Office and retail prices surge ahead in first quarter

The prices of Irish offices and retail properties are rising at their fastest pace in more than seven years.

The prices of Irish offices and retail properties are rising at their fastest pace in more than seven years. In the first quarter of this year office values rose 6.2 per cent bringing to 12 per cent the growth in offices prices during the six months to the end of March.
