Knight Frank is seeking in excess of €6.3 million for a new-build retail investment at Ballymore’s Royal Canal Park in Ashtown in Dublin 15.

The new purpose-built retail building, which extends to about 2,445 square metres, is let to multinational discount retailer Aldi.
