Offers of €600k sought for derelict Co Meath farm
The lands are located just outside Kilcock town, off the R158 Summerhill road
Coonan Estate Agents will be seeking offers in the region of €600,000 for a derelict house and farm holding on about 62 acres in Kilcock, Co Meath when it goes under the hammer next month.
The two-storey farmhouse is in a private setting next to the farmyard. It is accessed via a long driveway, and while it is fully intact, it requires complete renovation.
The farmyard comprises a hay-barn with two lean-tos and a silage pit.
