Off Message

My laptop had a hissy fit a few weeks ago, so I brought it to a nice man in the laptop hospital. After a few days and a modest outlay, back it came, good as new. Except, except, now hang on just a minute, where's my . . . my iTunes? There it was on the desktop, a neat little familiar icon, and now here it is . . . *not there*.

Apparently, my other half explains monosyllabically, it's very simple....
