OECD warns small pension schemes charged too much

An OECD report on the Irish pensions industry reveals that costs are too high for small occupational schemes and personal pension schemes in Ireland.

A major OECD report on the Irish pensions industry to be published tomorrow reveals that costs are too high for small occupational schemes and personal pension schemes in Ireland.

The report, commissioned by Minister for Social Protection Joan Burton, also found that pension charges on large occupational defined contribution plans are not too high when assessed on an international context.
