Ireland rugby captain Brian O’Driscoll has revealed plans to set up a nationwide rugby coaching academy when his playing career ends – most likely within the next two years.

The Ireland and Leinster number 13 said his ‘‘exit strategy’’ included developing a network of rugby camps that could play a part in making rugby ‘‘less elitist’’.
