Recent property sales activity on Dublin’s O’Connell Street could prove the spark which will rejuvenate the street, sometimes described as Main Street Ireland. Following the recent sale of the vacant Clerys department store, two Irish investors this week launched properties for sale on both sides of the tree-lined thoroughfare.
