Ocean Advertising has launched a cheeky bid to expand. The company is inviting advertising executives from other agencies who feel their clients are no longer getting adequate service to transfer to Ocean - and bring their clients with them.

The company said this was a pragmatic, client-driven proposal to ensure clients were not left hanging mid-campaign because of their agency’s economic difficulties.
