Ocean racers to get grand Galway welcome

The finish of the Volvo Ocean Race in Galway later this month is shaping up to be an even bigger event than the 2009 stopover, writes Nicola Cooke.

While Galway may have already earned its reputation as the 'city of festivals', the nine-day event planned for the finish of the Volvo Ocean Race in four weeks is in a league of its own.
