Businessman Denis O’Brien has launched a website attacking the operation and preliminary findings of the Moriarty Tribunal, which is investigating the awarding of a mobile phone licence to his Esat group.

O’Brien has published confidential correspondence between the tribunal and other parties on the website at www.moriartytribunal.com, which went live in the early hours of yesterday.

O’Brien has already admitted in media interviews that the tribunal has accused him...
