O’Brien’s relative files proceedings against him in High Court

A brother-in-law of alleged pyramid scheme operator Breifne O’Brien has filed proceedings against him in the High Court.

A brother-in-law of alleged pyramid scheme operator Breifne O’Brien has filed proceedings against him in the High Court.

Bernard Lambilliotte, a Belgian financier who is married to O’Brien’s sister, filed proceedings against O’Brien last Friday. Lambilliotte is a managing director of Ecofin, an energy investment firm in London, and a former director of green energy firm Airtricity.
