Denis O'Brien's chief legal adviser has indicated that the businessman will not take further legal action to contest the findings of the Moriarty Tribunal.
O'Brien was advised by his chief legal aide, Paul Meagher, that any legal challenge to findings made against him by the Moriarty Tribunal would be "futile", the solicitor has said.
