Businessman Denis O’Brien has told the Moriarty tribunal that it has gone beyond the approach taken by previous tribunals by making findings that are ‘‘no more than an expression of opinion’’.

Businessman Denis O’Brien has told the Moriarty tribunal that it has gone beyond the approach taken by previous tribunals by making findings that are ‘‘no more than an expression of opinion’’.

O’Brien was replying to findings being made about him by the tribunal, which is coming to the end of its 12-year investigation.
