Businessman Denis O’Brien has lent almost €21 million to a firm he uses for property developments in Ireland. The telecoms and media entrepreneur has used Partenay to buy and develop a number of properties around the Dublin 4 area. At the end of 2007, the firm owned properties valued at €28.6 million and was owed a further €18 million in ‘‘trade debtors and prepayments’’, according to new figures.
