The Serpentine Consortium, a syndicate of private investors put together by AIB, is objecting to further development at the bank’s headquarters site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

The consortium, which was assembled by AIB private banking and Goodbody Stockbrokers, agreed to pay €367.75 million in cash for Phase II to the Bankcentre in a sale and leaseback deal.
