Big Phil: constructed out of reclaimed maple floorboards.

Still in Brussels: the Justus Lipsius building, headquarters of the Council of the European Union, is hosting an exhibition of Irish crafts. Installed in the foyer and on the 50th floor, the pieces comprise wall coverings, furniture and crafted objects in ceramics, glass and wood made by more than 30 craftspeople.

Seen here is Big Phil, a rocking chair made from reclaimed maple floorboards, which is available from the Rocker Lane Workshop for €1,250.
