Now into its third year, O2’s award-winning Be The Difference rugby campaign fits the company’s overall marketing strategy, which is to engage with existing and potential customers.

Jonnie Cahill, who last year succeeded Damian Devaney as O2’s head of marketing, said the approach was often time-consuming but very straightforward.
