Former deputy leader of Fianna Fáil Éamon Ó Cuív has said that he is not leaving the party, despite disagreeing with its stance on the upcoming EU fiscal treaty.

He undertook not to campaign against the treaty despite his opposition to it, he has told a press conference at Leinster House this evening.
