Number of trips to Ireland rises sharply

The total number of trips to Ireland increased by 8.8 per cent to 1,735,800 - an overall increase of 140,100, during the three months to the end of November, compared to the same period twelve months earlier.

The total number of trips to Ireland increased by 7.1 per cent in the first nine months of the year.

The total number of trips to Ireland increased by 8.8 per cent to 1,735,800 - an overall increase of 140,100, during the three months to the end of November, compared to the same period twelve months earlier.

The total number of trips to Ireland increased by 7.1 per cent for the period January - November 2013 when compared with the same period in 2012, according to the data from the Central Statistics Office.
