Two of NTR’s independent directors are expected to meet with key company shareholders in an effort to resolve issues raised at the company’s annual general meeting.

At the Thursday AGM, representatives of two large shareholders and other shareholders were heavily critical of the wind and water asset company, raising concerns over strategy and governance.
