NTR chair takes action against former partner

Tom Roche, the chairman of infrastructure and utilities giant NTR, has launched a multi-million-euro legal action against his one-time brother-in-law and former business partner.

Tom Roche, the chairman of infrastructure and utilities giant NTR, has launched a multi-million-euro legal action against his one-time brother-in-law and former business partner.

Roche, whose company owns the East-Link and West-Link toll bridges, is suing Michael Wymes in the High Court in Dublin in an effort to recover a failed investment in the mining company, Bula Mines. Initial documents were lodged with the court late last month.
