The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) has agreed to explore investment opportunities for China’s CIC International in Ireland.

CIC International is a subsidiary of sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corporation.

The memorandum was signed by chairman Lou Jiwei on behalf of CIC International and John Corrigan, chief executive of the NTMA.
