Talkshop, which operated seven shops throughout the country, went into liquidation last Wednesday and Simon Coyle of Dublin accountancy firm Mazars was appointed liquidator.
Talkshop had debts of more than €730,000, of which €163,000 was owed to the Revenue Commissioners. It had realisable assets of €309,000.
