NPRF invests €44.3m in British property

The National Pensions Reserve Fund (NPRF) has invested €44.3million in a fund managed by British property development and investment company Capital & Regional.

The National Pensions Reserve Fund (NPRF) has invested €44.3million in a fund managed by British property development and investment company Capital & Regional. The NPRF bought units in the Mall Fund, which was previously owned by Capital & Regional itself.

The fund owns and operates 23 ‘‘malls’’ across Britain. In total, it has nearly 2,100 retail units. Around five million shopping visits are made to the properties per week.
