Killarney’s oldest hotel, Muckross Park, will run a gourmet dinner and cider-tasting evening on September 27.
Hosted by drinks expert Chris Hill, it will give guests the opportunity to taste mass-market and speciality single-variety ciders, organic ciders and champagne cider.
After the tasting session, a menu specially designed to complement the ciders will be available, and the meal will be topped off with a glass of Calvados apple brandy.
