The founder of a Dublin-based technology services company will compete with other up-and-coming businesspeople in the Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards later this month.

Kevin O’Loughlin, the founder and managing director of Nostra Systems, is one of eight nominees for the title. The award will be presented at a ceremony in Dublin on October 23.
