Norkom boosted by deal with Standard Chartered

A multi-million-euro deal with Standard Chartered Bank will help boost turnover at Norkom Technologies, a Dublin software firm, to almost €20 million this year.

A multi-million-euro deal with Standard Chartered Bank will help boost turnover at Norkom Technologies, a Dublin software firm, to almost €20 million this year.

Paul Kerley, chief executive of Norkom, said the company's turnover in the financial year to the end of March 2006 would “well exceed'‘ a previous target of €16 million.

Norkom's profit for the year would also beat targets set by management, he said.
