Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said that the budget for 2013 will be “dramatically more difficult” if the electorate votes against a referendum on the European fiscal compact on May 31st.
Noonan’s was speaking on RTÉ earlier today.
Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Phil Hogan yesterday made an order appointing Thursday 31st May 2012 as the polling day for the referendum on the EU fiscal treaty.
