Finance minister Michael Noonan said he is confident that Ireland will pass the referendum on the fiscal compact later this month.
“I think we are going to win,” said Noonan, speaking at Bloomberg Link’s Ireland Economic Summit in Dublin today. Noonan said that he isn’t complacent about the vote.
