Winner of the Supreme Award at this year’s NISO Health and Safety Awards was Cold Chon (Galway) Ltd (Chemoran). Chemoran, the chemical division of Cold Chon, is, like its sister company, owned by Colas Teoranta, and is based in Oranmore, just outside Galway city.

Cold Chon (Galway) Ltd (Chemoran) was established in 1927 and manufactures a range of CE marked cationic bitumen emulsions and bituminous binders that are used in road-surfacing works throughout Ireland.
