Strong interest and bidding activity from developers, investors and indeed house hunters has spurred some of Dublin’s major estate agents to bring nine development sites in the Greater Dublin Area to auction over the next three weeks.
Their guide prices range from €225,000 for a Blessington site up to €1.5m for a property in Celbridge, Co Kildare. During the boom, some of the sites would have been earmarked for apartment or high-density developments. ...
