Disqualification applications taken by the Director of Corporate Enforcement, Paul Appleby, against eight former NIB directors and managers, including the bank's former chief executive Jim Lacey, will be mentioned in the High Court tomorrow.

Last Friday the court reserved judgment on an application taken by Appleby for an order restraining former NIB senior executive Nigel D'Arcy from being involved in the management of any company for ten years.
