Newspaper sales broadly held steady in the first half of 2007, according to the latest sales data from the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC).
In the daily market, the Irish Independent was marginally lower at 160,818,while the Irish Times was stable at 118,150.
Among the Sunday titles, the Sunday Tribune dropped 2.8 per cent to 70,192 copies, of which only 64,216 were purchased at full rate.
