Lorcan O'Connor is getting ready for action. The director of the Insolvency Service of Ireland is putting the pieces in place to start handling debt cases in the coming weeks.

After a three-month information campaign, during which O'Connor had to develop regulations and processes for how the service would work, the ISI is now accepting applications for personal insolvency practitioners and approved intermediaries.
