**Drinks group C&C** posted a 9 per cent increase in operating profit before exceptional items to €111.2 million for the year to the end of February. The company saw revenues slip 4.8 per cent to €480.8 million.
**The parent company of mobile operator 3** Ireland is to join with a group of junior lenders to take a legal challenge against the survival scheme being prepared for Eircom.
