Assets at one of Dundrum's largest residential developments, Wyckham Point, have been put into receivership by Ulster Bank. The bank appointed Kieran Wallace and Mark Etherington of KPMG as joint receivers and managers over assets in the south Dublin scheme, which was developed as a joint venture between O'Malley Construction, one of Galway's largest construction firms, and developer Gerry Haughey's Dorville Homes.
