The Small Business Advice Programme, which was established in Cork in 2009 by agriculture minister and local TD Simon Coveney, has been launched in Dublin, *writes Siobhán Brett*.

The service offers free, confidential support for businesses, and its team of 100 volunteer advisors has helped 300 small businesses around the country.
