BoI wins major judgments

Bank of Ireland has won two major judgments against businessmen in Sligo and Westmeath. It was granted judgment for €17.7 million against David O'Brien of Rosehill in Sligo, and €1.44 million against Gillian O'Brien at the same address. It also won judgment for €17 million against Damien O'Brien of Ballinafid, Multyfarnham.

Separately, the Collector General has registered a judgment for €65,000 against solicitor Sean Mulvihill of Wellington Road, Cork.
