Nama wins in US court against developer Sean Dunne
The National Asset Management Agency (Nama) has won a victory in its US court battle with property developer Sean Dunne and his wife Gayle Killilea-Dunne, *writes Philip Connolly*.
A court in Connecticut last week agreed to classify the case as "complex litigation", a move which the Dunnes had opposed. The classification means that the entire case will be heard by a single judge.
