Airspeed Telecom is to provide a 100 Mb broadband service to 65 secondary schools nationwide as part of the Post Primary Schools Project, financed by the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources and the Department of Education and Skills and managed by HEAnet - Ireland's National Education and Research Network.
The telco said that installation work should be completed before students return for the beginning of the new school year in September 2014. The speeds available...
