Newcourt, the outsourcing services group, bought the business of security firm BDS Security Management just one day before Bank of Scotland (Ireland) appointed a receiver to the company.

The Sunday Business Post has learned that Bank of Scotland (Ireland) appointed a receiver over the company’s assets last Thursday afternoon, the day after Newcourt made the acquisition.
